An outline of the services provided by UBS Property Management:

Full Management

• The base fee for this service is 10% of rents collected:
• Full maintenance & repairs 24/7
• Onsite manager screening and oversight (when necessary)
• Accounting/bookkeeping services (can be contracted separately if you wish to continue the daily management)
• Detailed monthly statements
• Construction supervision
• Full service management

Discounts for multiple properties:

• If you allow us to manage 11 or more of your properties the fee will be 7% of the gross rents collected. THAT’S A DISCOUNT OF 3% PER PROPERTY!!!
